AARON GREEBERG UPDATE: Sony getting "squeezed out" of console race in America as Xbox 360 outsells PS3 again

Three cheers for Aaron! Our new best friend has just commented on yesterday's American hardware sales figures, and he got rather excited about Xbox 360 outselling PS3 in the critical US market once again.

Here's how Microsoft's hardest-hitting spokesblob handed Sony's failing PS3 back to it on a silver platter:

"From our standpoint, we feel good about having now a second month in a row where we outsold the PS3. Of the 18 months that they've been in the market, we've outsold them 16 out of the 18 months"
Sadly, Aaron seems to have gone a bit mental. Xbox 360 DID outsell PS3 in the States last month, but only just - 360 sold 188,000 units compared to Sony's DISMAL, er, 187,000. Still. A win's a win. History will remember only one winner in April of 2008 - Microso... er, Nintendo. Wii sold well over 700,000 which makes MS and Sony's scrap look like two ants fighting over a breadcrumb as an ELEPHANT'S FOOT prepares to stomp them both into oblivion.

Here's the over-confident Aaron laying the SMACK down on Sony's ARSE a bit more, while again conveniently forgetting about Nintendo:

"We are today a profitable business. So that's one clear distinction between us and the PlayStation 3."
Aaron, please, email us. We can definitely be friends.
