Tomb Raider Underworld screenshots - yes, it's about temples again

You know what to expect. There's a room with some big stone things in. You have to knock them over or press them in the right order, which will make some water come out or some other stone things move out of the way so you can get to the next room. It was so very nice of the ancient tribespeople of South America to leave us so many fun rock-moving-based challenges!

Here's a shot of a particularly pretty-looking temple from upcoming game Tomb Raider Underworld:

Also, because we're quite immature and like seeing Lara Croft bending over and doing physical stuff like she's one of those toned and sexy Russian pole vaulters you see on the athletics, here's a quite awesome one of her doing that thing where she flips over onto a ledge backwards while making a sexy grunt:

Look at those muscles. Tendons flexed. Ready for action. A little bit of dirt on her nose, probably. She's amazing. There's no particular release date on offer for Tomb Raider Underworld at the moment, but given how easy it must be to churn out games featuring temples and the same old rock-climbing/pushing puzzles we've sighed through a billion times before, we'd expect it to appear very early next year.

Loads more screens of Lara's new adventure can be found over at the Tomb Raider Chronicles, but they're almost certainly not supposed to have them yet, let alone put them on the internet, so they'll probably get taken down very shortly.
