Shane McGowan confirmed as guest star in Condemned 2

SEGA's just sent out a new batch of screens from its Monolith-developed horror sequel Condemned 2: Bloodshot, and there's so little in the way of interesting news around today that we've decided to make a joke about it.

The joke is as follows: this horrifying character looks quite a bit like Shane McGowan. Albeit Shane McGowan after a terrible drunken shaving accident required a large amount of facial reconstruction work:

Condemned was the star game of Xbox 360's launch line-up, with the over-hyped and under-delivering other launch games not getting close to its atmosphere and style. Plus it had collecting dead birds in it, which is a great hobby - and the first really innovative use of Xbox 360's Achievements system.

Condemned 2's out early next year and we're very happy about that.
